About Finco Collective
Finco Collective is rooted in the belief that coffee is more than a product—it is a bridge between cultures, communities, and stories. Founded with a passion for social transformation and deep respect for Colombian heritage, we work hand-in-hand with farmers to ensure fair trade, sustainability, and dignity at every step of the journey. Our mission is to support holistic growth: empowering farmers professionally, protecting their land through sustainable practices, and celebrating their cultural identity. Every bean we source carries with it a story of people, place, and purpose—connecting farms in Colombia to cups around the world.

Reinaldo Aguirre
I’m Rey, and my journey is deeply rooted in my Colombian culture and in the people who shape it. I believe coffee is more than a drink—it’s a bridge that connects communities and carries stories across borders. My passion lies in fair trade and in creating spaces where farmers can thrive, not only professionally but also personally and culturally. For me, supporting coffee growers means nurturing their farms, their families, and their identity, so together we can build a future grounded in dignity and connection.

Juan Flor
I’m Juan, and my path has always been guided by a passion for coffee, people, and the environment. With studies in sustainability, agronomy, and agroforestry, I care deeply about how coffee is grown and the impact it has on both communities and the land. At Finco, I work to build meaningful connections with farmers and ensure that our work reflects dignity, fairness, and respect for nature. For me, coffee is more than a product—it’s a way to nurture people, protect ecosystems, and create lasting change that flows from the farm to every cup.
